We are inviting a small group of catalog operators to test source-first listing QA. The project covers processing cost during this beta. You receive reviewable findings and CSV exports; there is no checkout or user charge.
No payment details are requested. The sample is synthetic; a real upload must be authorized and contain no sensitive data.

Each row is marked qualified, review, or failed so a human can decide what to change.
Source-backed findings
Only facts present in your file are carried into the result. Missing or unsupported claims stay visible.
Reviewable export
Download the full result, import-ready rows, or needs-fix rows for your existing handoff.
What to send
- 5–20 rows from a product catalog you are authorized to process.
- A SKU, title, and description are enough; remove names, emails, addresses, and customer identifiers.
- CSV or XLSX, up to 5 MB. Use the sample CSV on the checker page if you want to see the format first.
Three steps from sample to handoff
- Run the synthetic sample if you want to inspect the output without sharing data.
- Choose one small, authorized CSV/XLSX batch and confirm the four upload conditions.
- Review the result, export what is useful, and leave one bounded row feedback label.
A second authorized batch is the useful retention signal. It is optional and remains free during this beta.
Data boundary
- Do not upload personal, financial, health, payment, identity, or confidential customer data.
- You must have permission to process every row you submit.
- We store a consent version and timestamp, not a free-text authorization statement.
- Raw inputs are removed after processing or retention, and you can delete the task and workspace data.
- De-identified quality signals and feedback may be used to improve validation rules.
The four upload confirmations
The app records these confirmations with the batch before it is submitted:
- You are authorized to upload and process the catalog.
- The file contains no personal, confidential, or otherwise sensitive information.
- You allow de-identified quality signals and bounded feedback to improve the beta.
- You understand the deletion option and the current raw-input retention policy.
