LISTING QUALITY BETA
Product CSV quality checker for catalog teams.
Find missing fields, inconsistent values, and rows that need a human decision before your next marketplace import. Merchant Outcome turns a small CSV or XLSX into a reviewable listing bundle.
Rules-first beta. The five-row result is synthetic and does not count as a real upload. Authorized files use only supplied facts and do not guarantee marketplace approval.
A quality pass before the upload queue.
Use one repeatable check for small catalogs, migration batches, or files that arrive from several operators. The workflow is intentionally explainable and exportable.
Source-first
Only values present in the submitted sheet are carried into the result. Missing facts stay missing.
Row-level review
Each row receives a status and bounded findings, so a reviewer can fix the exact field instead of scanning the whole file.
Ready to hand off
Download a CSV with the output columns and status attached for your existing review or import process.
Five rows from first check to real handoff.
- Run the synthetic checkSee five fixed rows without uploading a file or spending credits.
- Compare statusesUnderstand qualified, review, and failed rows before using your data.
- Upload one authorized batchSubmit 5–20 authorized, de-identified rows during the free beta. The project covers processing cost.
- Inspect and exportCompare findings with the supplied facts and download the bundle.
Is this the right check?
Good fit
- Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or independent-store catalog migration.
- An agency or freelancer reviewing several client spreadsheets.
- A small team that needs a visible QA trail before handoff.
Out of scope for this beta
- Automatic publishing, inventory sync, or platform approval.
- Image understanding, customer data, or sensitive personal records.
- Claims that are not supported by the uploaded product facts.
Questions operators ask.
Does it write product claims?
No. The current path is deterministic and source-first. Rows that lack support remain visible for review.
Can I test without customer data?
Yes. Download the five-row synthetic sample, or use a small authorized catalog export with no personal information.
What happens to the original file?
The beta removes raw inputs after processing or the configured retention limit. You can delete a task from the workspace at any time.
Is this a marketplace compliance check?
No. It checks the current listing contract and surfaces issues; the marketplace's own rules and human review still apply.
Make the next catalog handoff reviewable.
Run the synthetic five-row check first, then submit 5–20 authorized rows for the free beta.
