Payments and refunds

The current Merchant Outcome beta is free and does not take payments.

No payment in the current beta

All listing checks, model calls, and agent processing are subsidized by the project. Your user charge is $0.00; no credits are consumed and no checkout or payment details are requested. There is therefore no purchase to refund in the current beta.

If you see a payment request

Do not enter card details or follow an unexpected payment link claiming to be this beta. Report it through your invitation channel. Internal Stripe and credit-ledger code is disabled in free_beta mode and is retained only for a possible future release that would require a new notice and terms.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a longer or different right, that law controls. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights.

Future paid mode

If a paid mode is introduced later, a separate payment and refund policy will be published before activation. Until then, this page is informational only and no Stripe dispute or refund workflow applies.
